Travel nightmare: How a routine flight home from Europe turned into an epic saga for SoCal family

LOS ANGELES (KABC) — What was supposed to be a program trip residence from Europe for one particular Southern California relatives turned into a maddening a few-day saga of canceled and delayed flights, crashed computer systems and virtually no slumber.
